When submitting a manuscript for publication at the ICONSEIR 2025 conference, it is imperative to comply with all established guidelines and submission requirements. A key consideration is ensuring that the paper adheres to the minimum standards to avoid automatic rejection due to issues such as high similarity index, poor language quality, or incorrect formatting.  Furthermore, authors must carefully proofread their manuscripts to identify and correct any typographical errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies. Failure to meet these essential criteria may result in immediate rejection; therefore, substantial time and effort should be devoted to revising and refining the manuscript prior to submission.

Important Notice: Manuscripts that have undergone review and been accepted for ICONSEIR 2025 cannot be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw an accepted paper will incur penalties, which may include monetary fines and/or blacklisting from future ICONSEIR conferences.

Submission Platform
The paper submission process consists of two separate stages. First, authors are required to submit an abstract by clicking the “Submit Abstract” button below.

After the abstract has been reviewed and accepted, authors may proceed to the second stage by submitting the full paper through a different link, accessible via the “Submit Full Paper” button.

Similarity Check
As a standard practice, manuscripts are expected to maintain a similarity score below 25%. In particular, submissions that exceed a 15% similarity threshold are typically returned to the authors for revision prior to further evaluation. This threshold includes matches arising from direct quotations, paraphrased content, and citations. To comply with these expectations, authors should properly cite all referenced sources and use quotation marks or block formatting for direct quotations. Moreover, it is essential that the manuscript demonstrates originality by presenting the author’s own analysis, interpretation, and perspective. While similarity score is an important consideration, other evaluative criteria—such as the paper’s originality, academic relevance, and overall contribution to the field—also play a significant role in the review process.

Language
English is the official language used for all conference communications and submissions. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native English speaker or to utilize professional proofreading services to enhance the clarity and quality of the language. Please be advised that all submissions are subject to language assessment, and papers may be rejected if the standard of English is found to be inadequate.
